Spring is giving home chefs of all skill levels the opportunity to try their hand at cooking against their Master Chef to see who can prepare the best gourmet dish.

Each participant and Spring’s chef will begin with the same, fresh, pre-prepped ingredients and will be asked to cook a gourmet dish from Spring’s collection of recipes. Each participant will be given guided, step-by-step instructions to see what it’s like to prepare the best tasting and best looking dish live on stage.

Any participant brave enough to take on the challenge will be given a bag full of exclusive goodies from Spring to take home, as well as their freshly prepared gourmet dish. If you feel up to the challenge, you can visit Spring at stand #F2B on both Friday 24th May from 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday 25th May from 10 am to 7 pm.
